Yes, Google provides the following support resources for Google Workspace Premier Edition customer administrators:
- Toll free phone number within the US and international numbers available
- Live answer from 1AM to 6PM PST
- During off hours, we have pager support and will call back within 1 hour for critical issues
While there is a wealth of helpful information available online for end-users (starting with the user help center) for each of the apps in the suite, Google only explicitly provides 1:1 support for the designated customer administrator.
