Simplistically, Google provides 10X the storage at 1/10th the cost – this represents two orders of magnitude improvement. Most companies have a cost model for provisioning email and productivity applications to employees – usually somewhere between $300 and $1000 per employee. Because Google’s pricing model is so simple and all-inclusive, it’s easy to calculate the savings you can expect from putting some or all of your employees on Google Workspace.

There is clear value in having viable alternative vendors when you are negotiating pricing with your suppliers.
